Meet Dylan O’Shea
Dylan O’Shea is the founder of Catalyst Careers and a qualified Guidance Counsellor, secondary school Science Teacher and coach.
He is also a British Psychological Society (BPS) Registered Test User in Occupational Ability and Occupational Personality. These are specialist professional qualifications in the use, interpretation and application of psychometric assessments, providing Dylan with additional expertise beyond his core qualifications in guidance counselling, teaching and coaching.
Dylan also holds a Level 9 Postgraduate Diploma in Personal and Management Coaching.
His work combines structured career guidance, professional psychometric assessment and coaching to help students and adults better understand their interests, abilities, personality, career options and next steps.
He also works with organisations, providing psychometric assessment, selection support and strategic planning consultancy.
