Catalyst Careers is a specialist career guidance service led by Dylan O’Shea, a qualified Guidance Counsellor supporting Leaving Cert students and their parents to make confident, informed decisions about life after school.

I provide structured, one-to-one guidance across CAO, PLC and apprenticeship pathways, with a strong focus on subject choice, option-keeping, and long-term planning. Where appropriate, guidance is supported by professionally administered psychometric assessments, used carefully to inform — not limit — students’ choices.

This service is designed for students who feel unsure or overwhelmed, and for parents who want reassurance that their child is being supported by an experienced, qualified professional.
