Know Someone Who Could Benefit From Career Guidance, Coaching or Psychometric Assessment?
If you know someone who would benefit from career guidance, career development, interview preparation, coaching or assessment, you can refer them to Catalyst Careers and receive a cash referral reward of up to €500 if they go on to book and complete a qualifying service.
There is no referral code or link to manage. The person you refer simply needs to name you as the person who referred them when completing their intake form.
Referral rewards range from €100 to €500 depending on the service booked.

How It Works
1. Recommend Catalyst Careers
If you know someone who you think may genuinely benefit from one of the services above, tell them about Catalyst Careers.
You do not need to sell the service or persuade them to book. They can review the available services and decide for themselves whether Catalyst Careers is right for them.
2. They Name You on Their Intake Form
When completing their intake form, the new client will be asked how they heard about Catalyst Careers.
If you referred them, they simply enter your name.
No referral code or link is required.
3. They Book and Complete a Qualifying Service
The referral reward becomes payable once the new client has booked, paid for and completed the qualifying service, subject to the conditions below.
4. You Receive Your Referral Reward
Once the referral has been confirmed, you receive the reward associated with the service they booked.
For example:
Career Assessment & Profiling earns €100
Leaving Cert Career Guidance earns €300
Adult Career Development Plus earns €400
Either six-month development programme earns €500
Who Can Make a Referral?
The referral programme is open to people who know someone who may benefit from Catalyst Careers.
This may include:
previous clients
parents/guardians
school guidance counsellors
students and graduates
friends and family members
professionals
members of the wider community
You do not need to have previously used Catalyst Careers yourself.
What Counts as a Successful Referral?
A successful referral is one where:
the person is a new Catalyst Careers client
they name you as the person who referred them on their original intake form
they book one of the qualifying services listed above
payment for the service is received in full
the service is completed
any applicable cancellation or refund period has passed
The referral must be recorded on the original intake form.
Referral claims cannot normally be added retrospectively after the client has booked.
Genuine Recommendations Only
The referral programme is intended to reward genuine recommendations.
Please only recommend Catalyst Careers where you believe the service may genuinely be useful to the person you are referring.
The person being referred is under no obligation to book a service. They should review the available services and make their own decision about whether Catalyst Careers is appropriate for them.
You do not need to act as a salesperson or explain the service in detail. A simple recommendation is enough.
When Referral Rewards Are Not Payable
Referral rewards are not payable for:
self-referrals
an existing Catalyst Careers client purchasing an additional service
referrals that were not recorded on the original intake form
cancelled bookings
refunded bookings
additional standalone coaching sessions
bespoke organisational consultancy
services specifically excluded from the referral programme
Only one referrer can be recorded for each new client.
Payment of Referral Rewards
Once a qualifying referral has been confirmed, Catalyst Careers will contact the referrer to arrange payment.
Referral rewards are paid after the referred client has completed the qualifying service and any applicable cancellation or refund period has passed.
Catalyst Careers may request reasonable information needed to confirm the identity of the referrer and arrange payment.
Referrers Under 18
If a referral reward is due to someone under the age of 18, Catalyst Careers may require payment arrangements to be confirmed with a parent or guardian before the reward is issued.
Programme Changes
Catalyst Careers may update the referral programme, qualifying services or reward amounts from time to time.
The reward applicable to a referral will be based on the referral programme in place when the referred client completes their intake form.

If they decide to book, they just need to enter your name when asked who referred them on their intake form.
