For Leaving Cert students who would benefit from ongoing individual support as they work through the decisions surrounding life after school.
The Leaving Cert Career Development & Coaching Programme combines comprehensive career assessment, professional career guidance and regular one-to-one coaching over six months.
Rather than trying to resolve everything in a single consultation, the programme gives the student time to understand themselves, explore different possibilities, research their options, make decisions and review those decisions as their thinking develops.
Most students will not require this level of support. The programme is designed for students who would benefit from a more sustained process, with regular individual sessions, personalised work between meetings and continued support as they move towards life after school.

The Graduate Career Launch & Coaching Programme provides six months of structured one-to-one support to help you understand yourself, explore your options, make informed career decisions and begin taking practical steps towards your professional future.

Graduate Career Development is an assessment-led service for graduates who want greater clarity about their career direction but do not require six months of ongoing support.
The process combines comprehensive psychometric assessment with professional career guidance and follow-up coaching.
It is particularly suited to graduates who are asking questions such as:
What type of work might suit me? Where could my degree take me? What other careers could I consider? Which of the options I am considering fits me best?
Psychometric assessment provides a structured way of exploring career interests, abilities, personality and working preferences. These results are considered alongside the graduate's education, experience, circumstances, priorities and existing career ideas.
The purpose is not to use assessment results to prescribe a particular career. Instead, they provide additional information that can help identify patterns, generate possibilities and support more informed career decisions.

For Leaving Cert students who want the full Career Guidance package with additional follow-up support as their plans develop.
The package includes everything in the Leaving Cert Career Guidance service, including a psychometric career and personality profile, personalised report, Career Development Portfolio, a 2 hour one-to-one career guidance consultation, exploration of relevant career and education or training options, personalised recommendations and selected career-development resources.
It also includes two additional 50-minute one-to-one follow-up sessions, giving students more time to review options, revisit decisions and work through next steps as their plans become clearer.
Support may include further consideration of CAO courses, PLC pathways, apprenticeships and other education or training options where relevant.
