Once you have made contact, I will confirm the process and send you a secure payment link.

2. Complete Payment

Once payment has been received, I will send you the information and links needed to begin the assessment process.

3. Complete the Psychometric Assessments

You complete the agreed psychometric assessments remotely.

These are used to build a broader picture of your career interests, abilities, personality and work-related preferences.

4. Receive Your Personalised Report

Your assessment results are interpreted and brought together in a detailed personalised report.

The purpose of the report is to help you understand the findings in the context of career direction rather than simply presenting test scores.

5. Complete the Career Development Portfolio

You then work through the Career Development Portfolio independently.

This gives you an opportunity to reflect on the assessment findings, your experience, your preferences and the career options you may want to explore further.

6. Receive Professional Written Feedback

Once the completed portfolio is returned, I will review it and provide professional written feedback to help you interpret your reflections and identify useful next steps.
